When you submit a consultation request, we collect the name, company, work email address, and project details you choose to provide.

When you use the site, we may collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring page, approximate region, request timestamps, rate-limit activity, and analytics consent preference.

Analytics storage is denied unless you allow analytics. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may process usage events for site performance and consultation-interest measurement.

We use consultation details to respond to your request, plan a relevant follow-up, operate the site, protect forms from abuse, and improve site performance.

We use aggregated or deidentified analytics to understand which content is useful and where the site needs reliability or usability improvements.

Consultation request records are kept for up to 24 months after the last business interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Server, security, and delivery logs are kept for up to 90 days when available, unless they are needed longer to investigate abuse, security events, delivery failures, or legal obligations.

Redis rate-limit records are transient and expire after the configured rate-limit window. In-memory consultation metrics reset when the server process restarts.

Analytics reports are kept for up to 14 months where retention settings are available. Your analytics consent preference stays in your browser local storage until you clear it or change browsers/devices.

We do not sell personal information.

We share information with service providers that help us operate the site, including hosting and infrastructure providers, Resend for consultation email delivery, Redis or similar rate-limiting services, Google Analytics for consented analytics, and Google Fonts for font delivery.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction involving Cloud Lynx AI.

You can decline analytics in the consent banner. You can also clear this site's local storage in your browser to reset the preference.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you provided by emailing hello@cloudlynx.ai.

We may need to verify your request and retain limited records when required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

If your browser exposes Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, Cloud Lynx AI keeps analytics consent denied and does not show the analytics opt-in banner.

Some third-party services may still receive technical requests needed to load pages, assets, security controls, fonts, or the Google tag script even when analytics storage is denied.

Cloud Lynx AI is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We will post updates on this page and revise the Last updated date when this policy changes materially.

If a change materially affects information you already provided, we may also provide notice by email or another reasonable method.
